We wish we could ride a bear and deliver it ourselves, but once your order ships, delivery is handled by carriers like USPS, DHL, or your local postal service. If there's a delay, reach out and we’ll help track it down.

Yes! We offer free returns for store credit or exchanges within 21 days of receiving your order. We want you to feel great in your gear — whether you're repping pandas, sloths, or something wildly bold.

Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
